Look up unalienable as it is written in the Declaration of Independence, the preamble of the constitution, and reaffirmed by the 9th Amendment<\/p><p>An unalienable right can not be taken or even temporarily suspended for a law abiding citizen.<\/p><p>If you look at case law, such as <strong>Maybury vs. Madison<\/strong> (and plenty others), if a law is made that violates the constitution, the law is null and void.<\/p><p>So any law that violates my first amendment (right to gather PEACEABLY), or my 5th Amendment (my right to freely travel aka &#8211; Life Liberty and the Pursuit of
