This is a very critical time in Hawaii. Over 250,000 people have permanently lost their jobs. Thousands of businesses have closed up forever. Suicides are already on the uptick, despite that federal assistance for unemployment insurance is still coming in. Think about when the federal assistance stops!?!

This is a post that I made earlier today on social media;
Our Bill of Rights is “unalienable”, it is a very important legal term. Look up unalienable as it is written in the Declaration of Independence, the preamble of the constitution, and reaffirmed by the 9th Amendment
An unalienable right can not be taken or even temporarily suspended for a law abiding citizen.
If you look at case law, such as Maybury vs. Madison (and plenty others), if a law is made that violates the constitution, the law is null and void.
So any law that violates my first amendment (right to gather PEACEABLY), or my 5th Amendment (my right to freely travel aka – Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness), is null and void, as it is unconstitutional.
